About the Job
As the Product Marketing Lead, you will lead all product marketing efforts for the Superchain. You will own the strategy and execution of initiatives that drive adoption and growth across the ecosystem, ensuring that opportunities unique to the Superchain are understood and embraced by partners, developers, and users alike.
The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies, including conducting user and developer research. Success in this role will be measured by high-signal metrics like growth in TVL across the Superchain’s DeFi ecosystem, measured month-over-month and tied to marketing campaigns, and number of developers adopting Superchain Interop tools like SuperchainERC20.
You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product, devx, partnerships, BD, and communications, to bring your strategic vision to life. As a key contributor to the overall growth and success of the organization, you will have a direct impact on the trajectory of the protocol and the broader ecosystem.
