B2B Sales Intern:
Are you a persuasive communicator with an interest in the Web3 space and a drive to connect businesses with innovative solutions? Join UCTalent as a B2B Sales Intern and help us introduce our revolutionary referral recruitment platform and AI tools to hiring companies and headhunters.
Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential hiring companies and headhunters within the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Assist in outreach efforts to introduce UCTalent's platform, focusing on the benefits of confidential referral recruitment, free Application Tracking System (ATS), and the AI Agent for recruiting.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations and sales materials.
  • Help manage leads and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) data.
  • Participate in meetings and calls with prospective clients.
  • Gather feedback from potential users to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Contribute to developing strategies for expanding UCTalent's user base among businesses.
  • Review and approve posted or crawled job listings to ensure they are active, relevant Web3 jobs in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, contributing to a comprehensive and up-to-date job board for hiring companies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong interest in Web3, blockchain technology, and the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with conducting outreach and engaging with business professionals.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • University student in their 3rd or 4th year, or a recent graduate with a relevant major.
  • Strong capability in interpreting ideas and providing strategic recommendations.
Preferred Requirement
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is a bonus but not required.
